Utö is the southernmost inhabited island in the Turku archipelago.
Utö Local Heritage Society maintains festive traditions and a sense of community on the island. We also provide information.
The raw image is taken every five minutes by a webcam at the Utö lighthouse.
The ferry M/S Utö takes you from Pärnäs in Nagu to the main street of Utö village. You can find all the available services along the street. Please book your ferry ticket in advance at Finferries' booking system.
You can buy groceries at the local grocery store "Utö Handel" all year around.
Several entrepreneurs offer accommodation services on Utö. However, there is no camping site on the island.
Öjar Utveckling, which is owned by the Local Heritage Society, rents out apartments on the island. Starting next fall, some of the apartments will become available.
Boaters can berth their vessels either to the main pier of the village where Hannas Horisont offers guest harbour services or to the Utö Havshotel pier.
